**Terms & Conditions

1. Valid from 15 June - 12 July 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

2. Redemption to be made at the North Palm, Ground Floor (area near ISSEY MIYAKE).

3. To qualify: 

     (a) the purchase must be made in-store at any of our specialty stores in The Gardens Mall;

     (b) the amount/value of purchase must be a minimum sum of RM700 for Maybank Cardmembers/The Gardens Club Members or RM800 for other payment modes in a single receipt; and 

     (c) payment must be made via cash, credit/debit card, e-wallet and online transfer only.

4. Exclusions:

 (a) Purchases made at Isetan, Jaya Grocer, Beauty & Co, CARs, Melangé Korea, Telecommunication companies (bill payments), mini kiosks, money changers, Mid Valley Megamall tenants/licensees, hotels and offices in Mid Valley City;

  (b) Reloads, e-pay, receipts and amount for purchases made online or set-off for trade-ins, deposit payments/pre-payments/partial payments, back-dated receipts, deposit without order, payment with vouchers (including cash vouchers), payment with store credit/credit card points and utilizing manual receipts.

5. Redemption must be made by the customer in person (unless otherwise agreed by the Organiser) on the same day of purchase with the original receipt at any time from 10am to 10pm.

6. Details of the purchase and/or customer must be provided, and the customer shall consent to the Organiser’s privacy policy. The Organiser reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase e.g. bank charge slip, bank transfer slip or others for verification purposes, and to decline any suspicious redemption.

7. Limited to one redemption per receipt per customer per day, regardless of the total amount of original receipts or exceeding the minimum spend. No accumulated receipts are allowed.

8. No alternative item will be provided once the gifts are fully redeemed. If any of the gifts is unavailable other than by reason of being fully redeemed, the Organiser may decide at its sole discretion to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

9. Customers MUST download the MVClub app (either a TGC member or not) and consent to the app’s privacy policy before proceeding to the Redemption Counter.

10. The Gardens Mall’s tenants and/or their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming on behalf of their customers.

11. The protection of personal data is an important concern to The Gardens Mall. Any personal data of customers collected for this campaign will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice at https://www.thegardensmall.com.my/. By participating in this campaign, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
