Steps on how it to obtain the gift card:

    Step 1: Spend a minimum of RM100 in a single receipt at any participating outlet** in The Gardens Mall during the campaign period.

    Step 2: Submit your receipt via The Gardens Club Mobile App on the same day of purchase to record your transaction.

    Step 3: You will be entitled to a Jaya Grocer RM50 Gift Card for every 5th eligible transaction recorded.

    Step 4: Present your Reward via the mobile app at The Gardens Club Concierge counter (Level 5) to redeem your gift card.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Campaign Period: This campaign runs from 1 April 2026 to 30 April 2026. All redemptions must be completed by 10:00 pm on 30 April 2026.

2. Availability: Limited to 200 Gift Cards only. Rewards are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. No alternative items or compensation will be provided once the gift cards are fully redeemed.

3. Minimum Spend: A minimum spend of RM100 in a single receipt is required for each recorded transaction.

4. Non-Transferable: Receipts and Gift Card rewards are strictly non-transferable.

5. In-Person Redemption: Redemptions must be made in person by the TGC member. Representatives or proxies are not permitted to redeem on behalf of others.

6. Exclusions: This offer is valid for purchases made in The Gardens Mall except for receipts from Beauty & Co., Melangé Korea, and car wash services; telecommunication bill payments; mini kiosks and money changers; reloads, e-pay, and online purchases. Also excluded are deposits, pre-payments, or partial payments; back-dated receipts; deposits without an order; and payments made with vouchers (including coupons, points, gift cards, or store credit) or manual/handwritten receipts. Split bills are strictly not allowed. Transactions from tenants or licensees of Mid Valley Megamall, or hotels and offices within Mid Valley City, are also excluded

7. Staff Restrictions: Outlet staff and tenants are strictly prohibited from using their own outlet receipts or redeeming on behalf of their customers.

8. Usage: Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

9. Gift Card Terms: The Gift Card is for one-time use within a single transaction (non-reloadable) and is only applicable at Jaya Grocer, The Gardens Mall.

10. Right to Modify: To prevent abuse, The Gardens Club management reserves the right to discontinue or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.
