Redeem ONE (1) RM100 Rewards Rush voucher for every purchase of RM1,800 for Maybank Cardmembers*, or RM2,000 for other qualifying payment modes, in a single receipt, at any of our participating stores in The Gardens Mall**.

Each shopper is entitled to redeem up to 5 vouchers throughout the campaign period. 

*Applicable to Maybank Credit/Charge cards issued in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, and Brunei only. 

**Limited to 235 units of vouchers per day (10:00 am to 10:00 pm). Other terms and conditions apply.

**Terms & Conditions

1. Valid from 29 July - 9 August 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

2. To qualify: 

• the purchase must be made in-store at any of our participating stores in The Gardens Mall;
• the amount/value of purchase must be a minimum sum of RM2,000.00 (RM1,800.00 for Maybank Cardmembers*) in a single receipt; 
• payment must be made via cash, credit/debit card, e-wallet and online transfer only; and
• redemption must be made via the MVClub app (either a TGC member or not) and consent to the app’s privacy policy.

3. Exclusions:

• Purchases made at any non-participating stores including but not limited to Isetan, Jaya Grocer, Beauty & Co, CARs, Melangé Korea, telecommunication companies (bill payments), mini kiosks, money changers, Mid Valley Megamall tenants/licensees, and/or hotels or offices in Mid Valley City, are not valid.

• Reloads, e-pay, receipts or value for purchases made online or via set-off for trade-ins or exchange/swap/refund, deposit/part/partial/pre-payments, back-dated receipts, deposit without order, payment with vouchers (including cash or other vouchers), payment with credit note or store credit or debit/credit/charge card points or any redemption or other promotional materials, or utilising manual receipts (or other receipts not printout of/from computerised point of sale (POS) system), are not valid.

4. Each shopper may redeem more than one voucher per day, based on the qualified amount spent in a single receipt up to a cumulative total of 5 vouchers throughout the campaign period. However, shoppers may NOT accumulate receipts to meet the qualified amount.

5. Voucher usage validity is until 23 August 2026.

6. Redemption to be made at the North Palm, Ground Floor (area near ISSEY MIYAKE).

7. Redemption must be made by the customer in person (unless otherwise agreed by the Organiser) on the same day of purchase with original receipt at any time from 10am to 10pm.

8. Details of the purchase and/or customer must be provided, and the customer shall consent to the Organiser’s privacy policy. The Organiser reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase e.g. bank charge slip, bank transfer slip or others for verification purposes, and to decline any suspicious redemption.

9. No alternative item will be provided once the vouchers are fully redeemed. If any of the vouchers is unavailable other than by reason of being fully redeemed, the Organiser may decide at its sole discretion to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

10. Tenants/licensees of/at The Gardens Mall and/or their employees or other representatives are prohibited from redeeming on behalf of a customer or any other person.

11. The protection of personal data is an important concern to The Gardens Mall. Any personal data of customers collected for this campaign will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice at https://www.thegardensmall.com.my/. By participating in this campaign, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
