**Terms & Conditions

1. Valid from 9 - 29 June 2025 on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

2. Redemption to be made at the South Palm, Ground Floor (area near Bvlgari). 

3.  Redemption must be made by the customer in person (unless otherwise agreed by the Organiser) on the same day of purchase with original receipt at any time from 10am to 10pm. The bank charge slip (if applicable) may be required for date verification of the purchase.

4. Customers MUST download the MVClub app (either a TGC member or not) and consent to the app’s privacy policy to be eligible for the redemption.

5. Details of the purchase and/or customer redeeming the gift must be provided for the redemption, and the customer shall consent to the Organiser’s privacy policy.

6. Limited to one redemption per receipt per customer per day, regardless of the total amount of original receipts or exceeding the minimum spend.

7. No accumulated receipts are allowed.

8. No alternative item will be provided once the gifts are fully redeemed. For any other reasons, if any of the gifts is unavailable, the Organiser may decide at its sole discretion to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

9. Valid for purchases made in The Gardens Mall, except for Isetan, Jaya Grocer, Beauty & Co, CARs, Melangé Korea, telecommunication companies (bill payments), mini kiosks, money changers, reloads, e-pay, online purchases, deposit payments/pre-payments/partial payments, back-dated receipts, deposit without order, payment with vouchers (including cash vouchers), payment with store credit, manual receipts, tenants/licensees of Mid Valley Megamall, hotels and offices in Mid Valley City.

10. Employees of IGB Group of Companies are not allowed to participate in this redemption.

11. The Gardens Mall’s tenants and/or their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming on behalf of their customers.
