This Christmas, capture your escape to our enchanted garden for a chance to win KENS Apothecary Christmas gifts.

A. Contest Period

This contest runs from 28th November 2025, Friday till 11.59 PM, 28th December 2025, Sunday. Entries will only be accepted during the contest period.

B. Contest Mechanics

Step 1: Follow @thegardensmallmy on Instagram

Step 2: Capture an enchanted garden escape with the mall's Christmas decor and post it on your Instagram feed during the contest period.

Step 3: In the caption, complete the sentence: “An enchanted Noël escape…”

Step 4: Remember to tag us and hashtag #thegardensmallmy #tgmxmas2025

Note: IG Profile must be set to “Public”

C. Winners Selection

Thirty (30) most creative photos and captions will be rewarded by the Organisers as the winners.

D. Terms & Conditions

1. This giveaway is organised by The Gardens Mall (hereinafter referred to as the 'Organiser').

2. All persons ('Participants') taking part in this giveaway agree that these rules shall be binding on them, and that the entries in this giveaway, including their name and likeness, may be used without restriction in any future publicity material by the Organiser.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules or terminate the contest at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by the Organiser under these rules shall be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained. The Organiser may, but is not required to, justify any decisions relating to this contest.

4. The Participants acknowledge that the interest and good reputation of the Organiser is of paramount importance. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify a Participant from the giveaway, or to withdraw the prize if it is believed the Participant is in breach of its obligations under the rules. The Participants shall not by act or omission, directly or indirectly bring the Organiser into disrepute.

5. Contest entries may only be submitted via the stated medium of communication – Instagram post.

6. Participants may send in as many entries as they wish however, each participant will only stand a chance to win one (1) prize.

7. Each entry must be completed in full. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete entries in its sole and absolute discretion. Incomplete entries will be deemed void.

8. All personal particulars furnished are meant for identification purposes and will not be sold or given to any third parties.

9. All Participants release from, and indemnify the Organiser, its agencies, sponsors and representatives against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

E. Winners Announcement

1. The winner(s) will be announced on 30th December 2025 via Insta Story.

2. Reward redemption period: 31st December 2025 -11th January 2026.

3. Redemption venue: Concierge Desk on the Ground Floor, The Gardens Mall.

4. Winners are to collect their redemption letters personally at the above mentioned by verifying their social media profile along with presenting their MVClub profile, within the valid redemption period as stated. Prizes to be redeemed at respective participating stores.

5. Strictly no mailing, courier or any similar format of collection requests will be entertained.

6. Prizes allocation and selection of winners are at the sole discretion of the Organiser. Prizes are strictly not exchangeable with cash. Request to exchange the reward item with another preferred item will not be entertained.

7. Prizes not redeemed after the stipulated redemption date will be forfeited and no appeal or correspondence will be entertained after said period.
