Ceramic Trinket Jar and Festive Packets
Spend a minimum of RM1,100 for Maybank Cardmembers*/ The Gardens Club Members, or RM1,200 for other payment modes in a single receipt** at any of our specialty stores in The Gardens Mall to redeem an exclusively designed ceramic trinket jar and a pack of festive packets.

**Limited to 120 redemptions per day.

Festive Packets
Spend a minimum of RM280 for Maybank Cardmembers*/The Gardens Club members, or RM380 for other payment modes in a single receipt** at any of our specialty stores in The Gardens Mall to redeem a pack of festive packets. 

**Limited to 60 redemptions per day.

*Applicable to Maybank Credit/ Charge Cards issued in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Brunei. 

**Terms & Conditions

1. Valid from 28 January - 22 February 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

2. Redemption to be made at the North Palm, Ground Floor (area near Max Mara). 

3. Redemption must be made by the customer in person (unless otherwise agreed by the Organiser) on the same day of purchase with original receipt at any time from 10am to 10pm. The bank charge slip (if applicable) may be required for date verification of the purchase.

4. Customers MUST download the MVClub app (either a TGC member or not) and consent to the app’s privacy policy to be eligible for the redemption.

5. Details of the purchase and/or customer redeeming the gift must be provided for the redemption and the customer shall consent to the Organiser’s privacy policy. The Organiser reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase e.g. bank charge slip, bank transfer slip or others for verification purposes.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

7. Limited to one redemption per receipt per customer per day, regardless of the total amount of original receipts or exceeding the minimum spend.

8. No accumulated receipts are allowed.

9. No alternative item will be provided once the gifts are fully redeemed. For any other reasons, if any of the gifts is unavailable, the Organiser may decide at its sole discretion to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

10. Valid for purchases made in The Gardens Mall, EXCEPT for Isetan, Jaya Grocer, Beauty & Co, CARs, Melangé Korea, telecommunication companies (bill payments), mini kiosks, money changers, reloads, e-pay, online purchases, deposit payments/pre-payments/partial payments, back-dated receipts, deposit without order, payment with vouchers (including cash vouchers), payment with store credit, manual receipts, tenants/licensees of Mid Valley Megamall, hotels and offices in Mid Valley City.

11. The Gardens Mall’s tenants and/or their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming on behalf of their customers.

12. The protection of personal data is an important concern to The Gardens Mall. Any personal data collected for this campaign will be treated under the Personal Data Protection Notice at https://www.thegardensmall.com.my/. By participating in this campaign, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
