*Terms & Conditions

1. Valid from 22 April - 3 May 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. 

2. Shoppers may redeem more than one voucher, depending on the qualified amount spent in a single receipt. However, shoppers may NOT accumulate receipts to meet the minimum spend requirement of RM2,000 (RM1,800 for Maybank Cardmembers).

3. Each shopper may only redeem up to 10 vouchers throughout the campaign period.

4. Voucher usage validity is until 17 May 2026.

5. Redemption to be made at the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor. 

6. Redemption must be made by the customer in person (unless otherwise agreed by the Organiser) on the same day of purchase with original receipt at any time from 10am to 10pm. The bank charge slip (if applicable) may be required for verification of the purchase. The Organiser reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.

7. Customers MUST download the MVClub app (either a TGC member or not) and consent to the app’s privacy policy to be eligible for the redemption. Voucher redemption must be done through the MVClub app, failing to download the app will result in failure to redeem the vouchers. 

8. Details of the purchase and/or customer redeeming the voucher must be provided for the redemption, and the customer shall consent to the Organiser’s privacy policy. The Organiser reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase e.g. bank charge slip, bank transfer slip or others for verification purposes.

9. No alternative item will be provided once the vouchers are fully redeemed. For any other reasons, any of the vouchers is unavailable, the Organiser may decide at its sole discretion to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

10. Valid for purchases made from any of our participating stores in The Gardens Mall only. NOT valid for purchases made from online purchases, deposit payments/pre-payments/partial payments, back-dated receipts, deposit without order, payment with vouchers (including cash vouchers), payment with store credit/credit card points and manual receipts.

11. The Gardens Mall’s tenants and/or their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming on behalf of their customers.

12. The protection of personal data is an important concern to The Gardens Mall. Any personal data collected for this campaign will be treated under the Personal Data Protection Notice at https://www.thegardensmall.com.my/. By participating in this campaign, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
